Ingredients
- 2 Cups of flour
- 3/4 Cup Lukewarm water
- 1 Tsp dry yeast
- 5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil Rosemary and garlic
- 10 black olives
- Sundried tomatoes, as needed
- Rosemary for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, yeast and 2 tbsp of oil then knead the dough. And let it rest for 3 hours.
- Stretch it till you form a rectangular shape.
- Make dimples with your finger and add 3 tbsp of oil, olives and tomatoes.
- Bake on 200C for 20 minutes.
