Ingredients:
- 1 cup of parboiled rice
- 500g of chicken breast
- 1/2 cup of coconut aminos
- Veggies of your choice
Seasonings: salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken for 12 hours with coconut aminos.
- Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
- To a pan, add a little bit of oil then add the veggies.
- Once cooked, add the cubed chicken.
- Serve by topping the rice with cooked chicken and veggies.
