Ingredients:
- 300g oat flour
- 100g coconut oil
- 100g sugar
- 80 g dairy free milk
- 2tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160c
- Mix everything and knead by hand or use the processor (whatever is easier for you), until the dough comes together
- Roll between two sheets of nylon or baking paper, to desired thickness cut out shapes
- Reroll and shape until all the dough is used
- Put on a sheet pan lined with baking paper and bake for about 1/2 an hr or until the bottom is golden
- Take out of the oven and leave it to cool completely in the pan (donβt touch it)as it cools
