The healthy shades of Mohalabia

  • 200g frozen mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup muesli
  • 7 digestive biscuits
  • 1 pack mohalabia light
  • 2 cups fat free or reduced fat milk
  • Fruits toppings of choice


  • Add 1 pack light mohalabia to a small cooking pot
  • Add the milk to the mohalabia powder
  • Stir well at a medium temperature until it thickens and leave it aside to cool down
  • In a food processor add 200g of the frozen mixed berries and 1/2 cup of the cooked mohalabia & blend them well together (leave the rest of the mohalabia for later)
  • Add the digestive biscuits into a strong & clean plastic bag then crush them well with a rolling pin to have biscuit crumbs.
  • For the assembly : 1st layer: add crumbs , 2nd layer: berries mohalabia, 3rd layer: thin layer of muesli ,last layer: plain mohalabia and then add the fresh fruits you’ve chosen.
