Ingredients:
For the short crust dough with oregano:- 300 g of flour
- 150g butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp of salt and sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 eggs
- 200ml of cooking cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
Other ingredients:
- 80 to 100g of Goat labneh
- Dried thyme, as needed
- Paprika, as needed
- Nigella seeds, as needed
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 sundried tomatoes, cut
- Grated cheese,as needed
- Wild thyme to garnish
Instructions:
- Coat the goat labneh shaped in discs in dried zaatar, paprika and nigella seeds.
- Put on the precooked dough, pour the cream and egg mixture.
- Add cherry tomatoes, dried tomatoes and fresh wild thyme.
- Top with some grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven( 170degrees) until golden.
