SPICED HOT CHOCOLATE WITH LIGHT CREAM
Ingredients:
90g dark chocolate
1 tbsp of starch
40g cocoa powder
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar
½ tsp salt
90g raw cane sugar
1 cup of hazelnut drink
Instructions:
-Roughly chop chocolate then add all ingredients to food processor and blend.
-Serve 3 tbsp of the mix per 1 cup of hazelnut drink.
-Add light Chantilly cream on top.
