KETO MUSHROOM QUICHE

Ingredients:
Crust


Filling

  • 200g of button mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 200 ml of  cooking cream
  • 1.5 tbsp of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp of mustard
  • 3 eggs
  • Dash salt and white pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 160C.
  • Prepare the crust by mixing the flour, eggs, butter, salt and pepper.
  • Knead then refrigerate for few hours.
  • Spread on a quiche pan.
  • Slice the mushrooms, onions then add them to a bowl.
  • Add the cream cheese, cooking cream, eggs, mustard and season with salt & pepper.
  • Add the mix to the quiche then bake.
