- 100g Almond Flour
- 4 tbsp Almond Butter
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 30g 70% Dark Chocolate
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160C.
- To a bowl, add all ingredients except dark chocolate.
- Mix well until the dough is formed.
- Roll 15g balls each, it makes 15 cookies.
- Place on baking sheet and flatten to shape the cookies.
- Bake for 10 mins.
- In the meantime, melt the chocolate.
- Drizzle some on too of the cookies and let everything cool before enjoying!
