Chicken Creamy Coconut

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken breasts cut in cubes
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 2 jars of sliced mushrooms
  • 500ml coconut cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil salt
  • Pepper and cinnamon powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup cashew raw nuts
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Rice or pasta for serving

Instructions:

  • Put the cooking oil and add the chicken cubes, sprinkle with salt, pepper and cinnamon
  • Cook for 10 minutes until they brown.
  • Add cooking oil or butter in a wok
  • Add the dices onion and garlic
  • Add the mushrooms and cashew nuts and stir them all together
  • Add the chicken broth and sprinkle turmeric powder and stir for 2 min 6- Add the coconut Cream
  • Add the beef broth and the lemon juice and stir all together for 2-3min Add the coconut cream
  • Add the chicken cubes to the wok and stir all together
  • Reduce cooking heat and leave for 20minutes.
