Ingredients:
For the chicken:
- 500g chicken
- 1 tea spoon of vegeta all purpose seasoning
- 1 tea spoon of curry
- 1 small cocomi coconut cream
- 250g fresh mushroom or 1 canned bonduelle mushroom
- Mount Everest pink salt
For the rice:
- 1 table spoon of cocomi coconut oil
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- Turci saffron
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate with curry, Vegeta all purpose seasoning and pink salt
- Chop fresh mushroom or use Bonduelle sliced mushroom
- In a cooking pan add one table spoon of coconut oil
- Then add the chicken
- After the chicken are well done add the coconut cooking cuisine
- Add then the mushroom and cook for 20min
- Add pink salt to enhance flavor
- Aside biol rice
- In a pan place 1 spoon Elle Et Vire Butter
- Add 1 cup on basmati rice
- Sprinkle pink salt and turci saffron to enhance flavor
- Add to cups of water and boil
