Ingredients:
- 1 pack of egg noodles
- 1 cup of finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped red peppers
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the sugar, vinegar and soy sauce and set it aside
- On high heat sauté the onions, garlic and ginger and then add gradually the vegetables.
- Keep stirring until lightly browned, meanwhile cook the noodles as per the package instructions
- When the vegetables reach the desired consistency toss over the noodles and the sauce and cook for additional 3 mins, sprinkle with the sesame.
