Cucumber-mint water or coconut water keeps my skin plump.

2. Omega Boost
I add salmon, walnuts, or chia seeds to meals — healthy fats = skin barrier support.

3. Colorful Plates
The more color, the more antioxidants: berries, beets, spinach, bell peppers.

4. Cut Sugar & Dairy (Temporarily)
Just for 3 days, I skip refined sugar and dairy. It’s wild how quickly inflammation goes down.
