Ingredients
- 2 cups organic chickpeas, soaked overnight, rinsed and boiled.
- 1 tsp of pure beetroot powder
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of organic tahini
- ¼ tsp salt
- Quinoa crispibreads
Instructions
- Place chickpeas and garlic in a food processor and blend well.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
- Adjust seasonings, adding more salt, or lemon juice if needed.
- Spread on crispibread and enjoy!
