Ingredients:
- 1/4 watermelon, sliced
- A handful of baby rocket
- A handful of basil
- Goat labneh buche, sliced
- a handful of walnuts
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice & olive oil.
In a large bowl, add all other ingredients then drizzle with the dressing.
