Aromas & Flavors: A medium olive fruitiness with a delicious sensation of totally green olives. Its smell shows hints of tomato, golden apple, cut grass, lettuce, and balsamic notes. Pungent and bitter are present and dosed with red chili pepper and walnut at the end.
Taste: Rich and well balanced between the bitter (4.6/10), the fruity(3.1/10) and the pungent (4.7/10). Pleases all palates.
