Hummus is made by blending chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice.
This vegan dip is usually accompanied by pita bread or crunchy fresh vegetables.
It is the most popular dip of the Middle East. Our version of this staple is extra smooth with an earthy tangy taste. This ethical product is part of our culinary heritage. Prepared using premium quality chickpeas grown by a women's agricultural community in the heart of the fertile plains of the Bekaa Valley.
