Ingredients:
- 150g almond flour
- 150g rice flour
- 10 tbsp of grape syrup
- 30g of coconut oil
- hazelnut chocolate spread, as needed
- erythritol , as needed
Instructions:
- Mix the almond flour and rice flour well then add coconut oil and grape syrup.
- Knead the form a dough and roll it.
- Using a round cookie cutter, shape the cookies.
- Using a small star(or any shape) cookie cutter, cut half of the cookies in the center.
- Bake then add hazelnut spread to the first part of the cookies and cover with the star part.
- Sprinkle with erythritol
