Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Oat bran powder
- 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1.5 Cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp coconut powder
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- blueberries as needed
- strawberries as needed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- To a pan, add ½ cup of the mix and make a round pancake. Repeat the process for the rest of the mix.
- Shape the pancakes with your kids then add berries of your choice.
