100 KCAL SKINNY BROWNIES

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda (for bigger volume) or teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar (replace with stevia to turn it into a 50 calories/ piece recipe)
  • 3/4 cup plain Zero Fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or ur choice of oil)
  • Cacao Nibs (Optional)
  • Tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven until 350ºF.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Add the brown sugar and Greek yogurt to the flour mixture and stir.
  4. Add in the eggs and coconut oil and mix until combined.
  5. Line a 22 cm baking dish with parchment paper (or spray the baking dish with oil & flour sprinkle) and pour in the brownie batter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 180 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cut into 14 pieces for a 100 calorie piece!
