Ingredients for 4 people:

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
  • Grease and line the cake tin with butter/oil.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the butter with the eggs and sugar till really fluffy and lighter in color.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the cake tin and put in the oven for 35 minutes.

Pair it with coconut whipped cream with a dash of cardamon
