CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  • Place deseeded avocado in blender . Add cacao, honey, milk, vanilla and salt into the food processor
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave or bain Marie.
  • Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. 
  • Serve into cute little glass jars and keep in the fridge for 30-60 minutes before serving
