A French Gluten-Free Clafoutis Recipe With Banana And Chocolate.
Ingredients
- 30 CL Low Fat Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 90 G Gluten Free Flour
- 2 Bananas
- 60 G Milk Chocolate
- 1 Tbsp Butter with 75% less fat
Directions
Preheat The Oven To 180° C.
- In A Bowl, Whisk The Eggs. Add The Sifted Flour And Mix Well.
- Add The Milk And Mix Again.
- Grease With Butter A 22cm Mould Then Add A Little Bit Of The Mix In The Bottom Of The Mould.
- Grate The Chocolate And Add Them.
- Cut The Bananas And Add Them To The Chocolate.
- Add The Rest Of The Mix Then Bake For 35 Minutes.
