A French Gluten-Free Clafoutis Recipe With Banana And Chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 30 CL  Low Fat Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 90 G Gluten Free Flour 
  • 2 Bananas
  • 60 G Milk Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp  Butter with 75% less fat

Directions

Preheat The Oven To 180° C.

  • In A Bowl, Whisk The Eggs. Add The Sifted Flour And Mix Well.
  • Add The Milk And Mix Again.
  • Grease With Butter A 22cm Mould Then Add A Little Bit Of The Mix In The Bottom Of The Mould.
  • Grate The Chocolate And Add Them.
  • Cut The Bananas And Add Them To The Chocolate.
  • Add The Rest Of The Mix Then Bake For 35 Minutes.
