Ingredients:
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 170g oats
- 85g smooth PB or almond butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl mash the bananas until there are no lumps, and then add the oats and almond butter. Mix until well combined and then roll into 8-10 balls and place them on the baking tray.
- Next gently flatten them into cookie shape and place the baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes. Leave to cool slightly before eating. Chocolate drizzle optional but recommended .
