Magnolia bakery banana pudding

Number of Servings:  10 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of whipped cream( unsweetened)
  • 2 servings of vanilla custard ( u can use vanilla pudding)
  • 4 bananas ( u can use more or less )
  • 3 packets of digestive biscuits ( can be substituted for any other plain - salted caramel ( optional but highly recommended)

 

Instructions:

  • Add your whipping cream in a bowl with the custard that had been prepared and cooled, whip them together ( not too much to maintain a fluffy non watery texture)
  • Cut your bananas in circles - in a glass rectangular bowl ( u can use plastic but I prefer glass ) layer the biscuits, then bananas then cream mixture.
  • Continue the process till u finished the ingredients.
  • After layering , refrigerate for at least 5 h and consume within 24h Note: u can drizzle the salted caramel sauce at the moment of serving or put it between the layers
