Coconut Pudding

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1/3 cup of sugar (
  • Pinch of salt
  • Nuts

Instructions:

  • Mix the coconut cream, water, sugar, and salt together in a bowl
  • Take 1/4 cup from the mixture and put it in another bowl
  • In the new bowl add the corn starch, mix it well then set aside
  • Add the big mixture to a pot and bring it to a boil using medium flame
  • Once it boils lower the flame and add the small mixture to it while stirring
  • After about 1-2 minutes the mixture should harden
  • Pour it into bowls and let it cool down at room temperature
  • Refrigerate for about 6 hours then serve.
