Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/3 cup of sugar (
- Pinch of salt
- Nuts
Instructions:
- Mix the coconut cream, water, sugar, and salt together in a bowl
- Take 1/4 cup from the mixture and put it in another bowl
- In the new bowl add the corn starch, mix it well then set aside
- Add the big mixture to a pot and bring it to a boil using medium flame
- Once it boils lower the flame and add the small mixture to it while stirring
- After about 1-2 minutes the mixture should harden
- Pour it into bowls and let it cool down at room temperature
- Refrigerate for about 6 hours then serve.
