Ingredients:
- 1 block BJORG organic plain tofu
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp dried mint flakes
- 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the BJORG organic plain tofu to thin slices then place them in a Tupperware
- Add 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp dried mint flakes
- 5 tbsp nutritional yeast from NABAT and salt & pepper
- Close the Tupperware, shake them well and leave them for 10 mins
- Place them on a grill until they become a bit harder and change color
