Ingredients:
- 160g of wholemeal flour
- 160g of all purpose flour
- 150g of orange juice (fresh or not)
- 170g of plant-based milk
- 2 eggs
- 70g of almond puree
- 80g of maple syrup or honey
- 7g of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 120g of chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C In a mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt
- In another bowl, beat together eggs and orange juice
- Add maple syrup (or honey) and almond puree and mix again
- Pour the liquid mixture over the flour, baking powder and salt
- Add milk in two times
- Stir chocolate chips and mix just until combined
- Grease a cake mould with oil
- Pour the batter in it. Bake it for 40 to 45 minutes
- Allow to cool before unmoulding it.
