We all have those snacky moments, whether it’s stress, boredom, or just that time of the month. Here are my favorite go-to snacks that actually satisfy cravings and support my health:
1. Sweet Cravings:
- Apple slices + almond butter + cinnamon
- Dark chocolate square + a few walnuts
- Yogurt bowl: Greek yogurt + chia + honey + berries
2. Salty Cravings:
- Seaweed snacks
- Hummus + carrot/cucumber sticks
- Roasted chickpeas with paprika and sea salt
3. Crunchy & Savory:
- Rice cakes with avocado + chili flakes
- Popcorn with olive oil + nutritional yeast
- Hard-boiled egg with a pinch of salt
4. My Favorite Bliss Ball Recipe:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: dark chocolate chips or cinnamon
Mix, roll into balls, refrigerate. Perfect grab-and-go!
