Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp. sugar substitute
- 2 cups brown flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp. oat flakes
- 2 tbsp. almond flakes
- 20g dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
- Add 2 eggs into a bowl
- Add the oil, cinnamon, vanilla and whisk
- Add the milk, sugar substitute and mix
- Add flour, oat flour and oat flakes
- Mix well the batter then pour in a prepared mold
- Garnish on top with almond flakes
- Bake for 25min
- Remove from oven and pour melted chocolate on top
- Serve along with coffee and tea
