Vegan Chocolate Spread-Mousse

  • 1 cup raw cashew
  • 6 medjool dates pitted
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of water


  • In a food processor, add cashew, dates, cacao powder, and vanilla
  • Blend until finely chopped and smooth
  • Add honey and blend again
  • To turn it into mousse, add water gradually and blend until fluffy and smooth.
  • Eat it straight or refrigerate it if you prefer it harder or colder.
