How to Make Italian Bread or Focaccia

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Caputo flour 
  • 3/4 Cup Lukewarm water
  • 1 Tsp dry yeast
  • 5 Tbsp Virgo extra virgin olive oil Rosemary and garlic 
  • 10 black olives
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Rosemary for garnish

Directions

- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, yeast and  2 tbsp of oil then knead the dough. And let it rest for  3 hours.

-Stretch it till you form a rectangular shape.

-Make dimples with your finger and add 3 tbsp of oil, olives and tomatoes.

Bake on 200C for 20 minutes.
