  • In a bowl, mix the flour, water, yeast and  2 tbsp of oil then knead the dough. And let it rest for  3 hours.
  • Stretch it till you form a rectangular shape.
  • Make dimples with your finger and add 3 tbsp of oil, olives and tomatoes.
  • Bake on 200C for 20 minutes.
