Ingredients
- 2 Cups all purpose flour
- 1 ΒΌ Cups Plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp fleur de sel
- 1 Tbsp olive oil with garlic and rosemary
- Herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except the oil and the herbs together in a bowl , knead the dough then divide it to 6 pieces.
- Heat a frying pan and cook each flatbread for few minutes on each side until golden spots appear.
- Serve with infused olive oil and herbs.
