Ingredients

  • 2 Cups all purpose flour 
  • 1 ¼ Cups Plain greek yogurt 
  • 2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 Tsp fleur de sel 
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil with garlic and rosemary 
  • Herbs for garnish

Directions:

-Mix all the ingredients except the oil  and the herbs together in a bowl , knead the dough  then divide it to 6 pieces.

-Heat a frying pan and cook each flatbread for few minutes on each side until golden spots appear.

-Serve with infused olive oil and herbs.
