GOAT LABNEH QUICHE

Ingredients:

For the short crust dough with oregano:
For the cream mix:
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml of cooking cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper

Other ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Coat the goat labneh shaped in discs in dried zaatar, paprika and nigella seeds.
  • Put on the precooked dough, pour the cream and egg mixture.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, dried tomatoes and fresh wild thyme.
  • Top with some grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven( 170degrees) until golden.
