Chickpea Patties

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- olive oil for frying
Directions:
- Mash together all ingredients, except oil, thoroughly.
- Form into 3-inch patties.
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
- Lightly fry patties on each side in oil until golden brown.
